Meet
and assist at the airport. Transfer to hotel for overnight stay
Day 02 : Mysore
Morning city tour of Bangalore visiting Bull Temple, Fort & Tippu's
Palace, Ulsoor Lake, Lal Bagh, Venkatappa Art Gallery, Cubbon Park, Vidhana
Soudha, Venkatappa Art Gallery. Later drive to Mysore (140 kms / 3 hrs).
Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Mysore
Full day city tour visiting Mysore Palace, St. Philomena's Church, Shri
Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery, Chamundeshwari Temple, Krishna Raja Sagar Dam
Vrindavan Garden, Srirangpattnam, Cauvery Fishing Camp etc. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 04 : Bangalore - Nagarhole National Park
Morning drive to to Nagarhole National Park (80-kms / 2 1/2 hrs.).
Nagarhole national park (NNP), the enchanting 247 square-mile park in
Karnataka has an astonishing abundance of wildlife including large mammals
such as tiger, leopard, wild elephant, dhole (Indian wild dog), and gaur
(Indian bison). Other species present are chital spotted deer, muntjac
(barking deer), mouse deer, four-horned antelope, wild boar, sloth bear,
hyena, mongoose, civet, otter, and more. Enjoy a wildlife viewing on the
afternoon jeep safari trip. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 : Nagarhole National Park
After breakfast full day Jungle activities to include jeep safari, boat
trip, nature walk. The sanctuary is rich in Snakes, Four-Horned Antelope,
Sloth Bear, Porcupine, Jackal, Mouse-deer etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 : Nagarhole National Park - BR Hills

Drive to B R Hills, 130 kms and 03 hrs drive. The Biligirirangana range of
hills are picturesquely situated between the Cauvery & Kapila rivers. At
a height of 5,091 feet above sea level, this hill stretches from north to
south for about 16 Kms. All round are deciduous trees. And roaming amidst
the long grass and tall trees are animals.Upon arrival transfer to the
hotel. Later trekking in B R Hills for wildlife viewing. Overnight stay at
the hotel.
Day 07 : BR Hills
Morning and evening wildlife viewing and bird watching. Overnight stay in
hotels.
Day 08 : BR Hills - Bandipur National Park
Early morning drive to Bandipur, 80 kms and 02 hrs drive. In 1973, Bandipur
became one of the first of India's Tiger Reserves and the southernmost of
the nine reserves specially established under Project Tiger. In 1974,
intention was declared under the Wildlife Protection Act to notify it as a
National Park. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Later afternoon visit
inside the wildlife sanctuary in jeeps. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09 : Bandipur National Park
Morning & evening wildlife viewing and bird watching. Overnight stay in
the hotel.
Day 10 : Bandipur National Park - Ooty
Early morning drive to Ooty (80-kms / 3 hrs.). Upon arrival in the
afternoon, transfer to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 11 : Ooty - Munnar - Eravikulam National Park
After breakfast, drive to Munnar, 146 kms and 03 hrs drive. Afternoon drive
to Eravikulam National Park to see the Nilgiri Thar. Eravikulam National
Park is 97 sq. km. in extent, situated along the crest of the Western Ghats
in the High Ranges of Idukki district of Kerala state, India. Overnight stay
in the hotel.
Day 12 : Eravikulam National Park - Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary

Morning
visit to the park for wildlife and bird watching. Drive to Periyar for 03
hrs, in the afternoon. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 13 : Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary
Set high in the ranges of the Western Ghats, in God's Own Country, Kerala,
is the Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve. Periyar wildlife sanctuary
has a picturesque lake at the heart of the sanctuary. Formed with the
building of a dam in 1895, this reservoir meanders around the contours of
the wooded hills, providing a permanent source of water for the local
wildlife. Though its a Tiger Reserve, tourists come here to view the Indian
elephants in the act of ablution and playfulness by the Periyar lake. Enjoy
a morning and evening boat cruise and witness the wild elephants frolicking
in the lake or go bird watching. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 14 : Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary - Kumarakom
Drive to Kumarakom early in the morning 200 kms and 04 hrs drive. Arrive at
Kumarakom in the afternoon, transfer to the hotel and spend the rest of the
day at leisure. A visit to the bird sanctuary, set within the lush acres of
wooded land nearby, acquaints you to the variety of migratory birds that
flock in thousands, some from the Himalayas, some even from as far as
Siberia. In addition, you can get thrilled of the native kingfishers ablaze
in psychedelic colours, experience a walk under rookeries of egrets and
night herons or lone golden-backed woodpeckers and even delight in the
acrobatics of the paradise fly-catchers. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 15 : Kumarakoram Bird Sanctuary
After breakfast, enjoy the morning backwater cruise and in the evening
visit to the Kumarakoram Bird Sanctuary. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 16 : Kumarakoram Bird Sanctuary - Kochi - Onward Destination
After breakfast, drive to Kochi, 85 kms and 02 hrs drive. Spend a full day
sightseeing tour of Kochi, which includes, Dutch Palace,Jewish synagogues,
Chinese fishing nets etc. Transfer to the airport for onward journey.
