Darjeeling Tour

Day 01 : Kolkata
Arrive Kolkata. Meeting and assistance at the Airport. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel at Kolkata.

Day 02 : Kolkata - Darjeeling (by train)
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Kolkata visiting Victoria Memorial was planned by Lord Curzon and opened by the Prince of Wales in 1921. Also visit Birla Planetarium, one of the largest in the world. The central dome measures 25 mts in diameter located on Chowringhee Road is the Indian Museum built in 1877 in Italian style of architecture. Later transfer to Railway Station to connect Train # 2343 Darjeeling Mail dep. 22:05 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 03 : Darjeeling
Arrive Newjal Paiguri Railway Station at 08:40 hrs. Connect Toy Train # 1D dep. 09:00 hrs. arrive 15:30 hrs at Darjeeling. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Darjeeling at an altitude of 2134m facing the Himalayas dominated by Mt. Kanchenjunga, was the summer resort of the British, and now one of Eastern India's most popular Hill stations. On your arrival in Darjeeling check into the Hotel. Afternoon free for leisure. Overnight in Darjeeling.

Day 04 : Darjeeling
A very early start to the day for an excursion to Tiger Hill, to witness the beauty of the sun rise over the Himalayas. On the way back visit Ghoom Samten, Chholing monastery & Darli monastery. After late breakfast, leave for a guided tour of Darjeeling town visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoollgical Park, Tibetab Refuge Centres, Tenzing Rock, Gomby Rock,Tibet Handicraft Centre and the Tea gardens. Overnight in Darjeeling.

Day 05 : Darjeeling / Kolkata (train)
Morning free for leisure. Afternoon transfer to the New Jalpaiguri railway station to board the train for Kolkata, # 2344 Darjeeling Mail dep at 19:40 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 06 : Kolkata / Out
Arrive Kolkata at 06:15 hrs. Transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward destination.
